About PME

During the COVID-19 shutdown of the shows on the Las Vegas Strip, I sat with my long-time friend at a dining table for a brainstorming session. I was a Cirque du Soleil automation expert, with extensive experience and knowledge in maintenance problem-solving, painting, and delivering beautiful end results on stage. Those stages were dark from covid. My friend was a Cirque du Soleil acrobat with extensive real estate experience and a property investment portfolio. The scarcity of good quality vendors and the shows being dark had created an opportunity.

Inspired by Cirque's attention to detail, we saw how painting and cleaning and removal of graffiti goes beyond mere beautification; the goal became an emotional connection. From our past of evoking emotion from the stage, we discussed how the act of coming home is a sensory experience that should instill pride. Precise painting, clean facilities, and graffiti removal, we focused on those elements that have visual impact on how we all perceive and FEEL about where we call home.


As I’d already been on HOA boards for 12 years at that time, I saw how our collaboration to beautify properties could benefit and improve whole communities. And thus a need-filling, problem-solving, can-do approach, born from a covid brainstorming session, became PME Community Services, dedicated to beautifying our communities through alliances with HOA board members and community managers. And we love what we are doing and the impact we have.
